This policy explains how Kevin Green, trading as Auckland SEO Expert (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information through aucklandseoexpert.com. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, website address (if you give it), the service you’re interested in and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and running.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare any proposal you ask for, and provide services if you become a client. We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and sent by email. The website is hosted by Hostinger, and email and other service providers may store data on servers outside New Zealand. Where that happens, we rely on those providers’ security and privacy protections.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it’s needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. To make a request, email sales@aucklandseoexpert.com. We’ll respond within the timeframes set by the Privacy Act.
If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
